Why "I won't give up on us"?

That's a good question! Why have I decided to entitle this blog as "I won't give up on us"?

First, I have to say that I'm not creative... Yes, I have always had a certain difficulty to choose titles. I always think: "well, there could be a better name for that", "this title doesn't sound good", "title, title, why are you always tricking me?".

Well, "I won't give up on us" is a well-known song written by Jason Mraz. Reading the lyrics, you'll find how beautiful and romantic is this song. It's almost a poetry.

Well, and the first time I heard it was just in the moment the plane, from USA to Brazil, was taking off. My feelings were confused: it was like I was missing a BIG love, because I loved all the particularities of the culture, people, diversity, language, places I've visited in the US. My everyday reality in Brazil was so close more and more and I haven't had time to review all the experiences I've been through. This music came as a healing and hopeful background to me in that moment. So, as can be seen, I was strongly marked by this song.

Then, I was able to see that music represented not only my love affair with USA, but also with English and other languages (such as German, French and Spanish) (and, in a near future, with other countries). And I hope that passion helps me to consolidate my knowledges and to have a good experience in trips around the world.
